nice music
Interesting gameplay and a very mysterious atmosphere.
Bit too slow-paced for me though, so I didn't get too far.

awesome
Lookin forward to Super Meat Boy now.
cool
Shiny graphics!
Did you do all the backgrounds yourself?
They were pretty neat.
Music was catchy as well, and the game was reasonably challenging on wave mode, though the final boss defeated me, just barely.
My only complaint is the lack of a score counter.
Doesn't that defeat the replay value?!
Also, mute buttons are always good, though I personally wouldn't need one here.
I guess it's pretty hard to make a traditional shooter that appeals to a lot of people, so good luck if ya plan on making more similar games.
Thanks a ton man! :D
awesome
Managed to get all 54 idols!
Took quite a lot of effort, but strangely despite the difficulty the game did not get frustrating. Probably cause it was very well designed and never felt cheap, usually when I died it was my fault cause I forgot about an arrow launcher nearby.
The level designs were very clever, many took a lot of thinking on how to complete them, and then took some practice to get it right.
The graphics and music were nice, I especially liked the guy's scream when he died.
I played it with a PS2 pad btw, and it worked really well since I could bash the restart button really easily.
My only complaint is that the medals should have been worth more points!
Lookin forward to the next part!!
awesome
Loved the boss battles, they required a decent amount of skill and strategy.
Music was great, graphics were maybe a little bit too pixelated, not really a big deal, but a little more detail would have been nice.
The various unlockable skills were great motivation to get 100% completion on each level, and getting all the medals was fun.
Replaying the game on hard mode was also interesting since your character was much stronger then before.
I probably found hard mode easier, not really complaining though, wouldn't want the game to get frustratingly hard.
Overall was great fun, especially playin it with ma PS2 pad.
Wish the game were longer though, three levels just ain't enough :(
Hope to see more games like it!
awesome
After a few attempts I beat the game with 195 clicks!!
Was really fun to play despite only using one button, kinda like the microgames from Warioware or something.
The hit boxes for some obstacles might have been slightly too big, but overall the difficulty was just right and the game did not get frustrating.
Loved the music and the graphics as well.
interesting
My only complaint is that some coins (?) were frustratingly hard to reach, but getting the gold medals in the races was easy enough and overall the difficulty was reasonable.
The gameplay wasn't too original but platforming will never get boring I guess.
The game's got an interesting atmosphere and it didn't take me too long to get all the medals.
kewls
It's like those puzzles from Pokemon!
Those were great fun.
It was a bit easy, but that's not really a bad thing since most other puzzle games get too frustrating for me.
My only real complaint is that all levels looked pretty much the same, a bit of variety in the scenery or music would be nice, but it's not really a big deal.
I'll probably eventually come back to get all the coins.
You should try and get NG medals for this, since you've already got in-game achievements.
cute
Eh I quite liked it, thought it would be a bit longer though, since my stats were no where near maxed. Grinding time I guess.
Just a tiny bit too much button mashing, it's especially uncomfortable on a keyboard. Camera moved a bit too much as well.
Liked the cheerful graphics and it was pretty easy to get into.
glad you liked it mr. rpg
Pretty interesting
Though I'd prefer it if it were a movie, so I could sit back and relax rather than flip through it all manually.
Also the pictures were a bit too simple, maybe some photos or something could have helped, though I guess it's better not to worry about copyright/filesize issues.
Although I've seen documentaries and YouTube videos that do similar stuff, this is pretty unique for Newgrounds content.
Gratz on educating some people that might otherwise not be interested.
