I'm pretty sure he's in the UK.
Universitys in the US are insane about ownership, but a lot of UK projects get carried on and sold afterwards with no legal trouble at all. There's not nearly as much of an I'LL SUE YOU culture in the UK, so I think he's alright.

Giant eyes are really fun to kill. I loved using the Brusher's Pike to stab the Stinkeyes in Bastion. Then again, I loved using the Brusher's Pike to stab everything in Bastion.

This pic brought this in my mind:
It would be cool if this platformer game would tell us the time before the first Epic Battle Fantasy game. That would fit some "holes" in the story for me (and maybe for the others too)
The games are also really worth the title. They are EPIC.
Can't wait for EBF4 & this platformer!
