Congratulations, dude! I bet this feels like a great accomplishment!

@Hizu: The Steam version has more content such as extra bosses, equipment, and bossrush/survival modes (kind of like the first two EBFs...)

Gabe is love ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Gabe is life \( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)/
Grats on sales man, I bought the game on release and I loved it through and through. Keep doing what you do, I'll be looking forward to your future content.

Willing to see EBF5!!!!

You truly deserve the love. As a fan of your work all the way back from Black Mages (but the later ones I wasn't into this stuff for THAT long :/ ) I can say you came a long way to bring us that amazing content today. (also let's be honest I probably would have bought the other EBFs back then if they were published on Steam instead of uploaded here)
Good luck out there in the big leagues! :3

I think instead of a EBF5, you should do a Epic Battle Fantasy Chronicles, where you go back, and give EBF1-3 a tune up, story, and adventure on par with 4, and then possibly add a bundle with 4 for a discounted price to entice people with a good deal and a complete set. I know that I would love to play the complete adventure. And hell, maybe include a "classic mode" which is just the old games with updated graphic to show off XD I know that any fan that buys EBF4 on steam would love to see the first three polished with the same coat of paint.

Although...thinking about it now, you would definitely have to change a few things, the old games did basically completely ignore copyright restrictions. Ah the freedom of free-to-play flash games XD

Ahh. people have so many ideas for EBF5 , dont you think you should contact some of them?

Gratz on the sales by the way!, i look forward on getting 100% medals ;P

THAT STORY

I really like your work. I don't mess with RPGs or bullet hell games too much, but I can feel your powers tempting me. Was that adventure game still somewhere in the pipe, or already released, or nixed?

Mayyyyybe.
We'll see how Bullet Heaven 2 does.

Even though I missed the sale and still paid full price for EBF4 om steam, I'm glad I still found the cash to support you! I Really enjoy playing all of your flash games and I can't wait to see your upcoming games on steam!

imagine the wave of good reviews and an active player base you got rolling probably inspired value to bundle you into a sale. Doesn't hurt that you make quality games as well.

Wow! hey, is that from your fans? That's how you got voted? Or I wonder if it was all Steam influenced? This must be extremly encouraging for you. Remember back in the days you said you dont think you'd ever do another EBF or a huge project? And wow, you getting sold right next to final fantasy, that must be very flattering.

Well it probably got voted in due to being next to FF7, really.
But yeah, that's pretty cool.

I would get EBF4 on steam, but I dont want to lose my progress from the free version cause Im at the temple of Godcat.

Bought it in March, Maybe you should put more games on Steam, i would buy

I shall try.

Nice, congrats.
Was that version developed/exported with adobe air?

Nah, just used Flashplayer and packaged as an .exe using MDM Zinc.
Mostly because Air for desktop doesn't support low and medium quality settings, which are quite important for me.

Before it began this year I had actually forgotten about the summer sale. After a few months of waiting to see whether EBF4 would go on sale or not I decided to just buy it full price roughly 2 days before the sale started XD. Doesn't matter though, because I love these games you make and would gladly purchase any other game you put on steam :D

Thanks!

The only reason I voted for that flash sale was because of your game. I had to make an excuse to get my friends to buy it somehow.

Thanks!

Awesome news! Steam sales are a magical thing. I still have those keys you gave me, gotta tie them in with upcoming stuff!

Yeah, that'd be neat!

I was stoked to see it show up in a Community's Choice vote, so of course I voted for it (and finally picked it up!)

Thanks!

DAMNIT this is what i get for ignoring my userfeed for nearly a month,i end up missing cool stuff like this D:
